- HOW IT WORKS
Assess Running Gait and Jumping Mechanics Instantly
Unlock objective, actionable insights with a single sensor.
The Runeasi Workflow
Place
the belt.
Clip the sensor into the belt & place it around your client’s lower back. No wires, no cameras, no lab.
Select your
assessment.
Run indoors, outdoors, or perform a jump test. Data streams into the Runeasi app instantly.
Get clear,
actionable insights.
Analyze objective data in real time and instantly generate reports to guide screening, rehab, and performance decisions.
What Runeasi Measures
Run Assesments:
- Impact loading: Measures how much load your body experiences (impact magnitude) and how efficiently it absorbs it (impact duration).
- Dynamic stability: Measures the side-to-side movement of the hips and provides insight into your ability to stabilize them.
- Symmetry: Indicates how evenly the left and right legs perform across key biomechanical metrics.
Jump assesments:
- Jump RSI: Measures reactive and explosive power, and is a key indicator for performance and return to sport.
- Height and contraction time: Measures power output and how quickly you jump.
- Spring efficiency: Indicates how effectively energy is transferred from braking to propulsion, reflecting your use of elastic energy.
- DIVE INTO OUR APP

Select your testing protocol from our extensive library of assessments, including running, jumping, and walking tests.
Monitor your data in real time, ideal for biofeedback sessions to refine your running gait and see what strategies work best.
Metrics from our explosive jumping protocol, clearly visualized for easy interpretation.
FOR PROFESSIONALS TO HELP ANY INDIVIDUAL
Use Runeasi at every step of clinical decision-making, supporting active individuals, recreational movers, athletes, and teams.
HAND-CRAFTED IN BELGIUM
for a secure, comfortable, motion-stable fit.
The design keeps the sensor reliably placed for lab-grade, trustworthy insights.
COMBINED RUN & JUMP TESTING FOR IN-DEPTH INSIGHTS
Runeasi combines running gait and jump testing in one tool for full-spectrum assessment. This provides a holistic view, allowing professionals to identify strengths and deficits at every level.
- RUN ASSESSMENT
Running mechanics in a single, easy‑to-explain report.
TEST
Use live treadmill feedback, outdoor runs, and increasing speed tests to capture running mechanics
ANALYZE
Identify loading patterns, stability, asymmetries, and how fatigue or speed changes affect gait quality over time. Also ideal to track progress in return-to-sport.
PRESCRIBE
Strength training, (rehab) exercises, gait drills, (live) gait retraining feedback, as well as running volume, intensity, and pace zones can all be adjusted based on objective thresholds, ensuring safer progression and more efficient running.
- JUMP ASSESMENT
Explosivity and reactivity tests highlight power, symmetry, and landing control for screening, rehab, and performance.
TEST
Perform explosivity tests (squat jump, CMJ) and reactivity tests (bilateral and unilateral hops) in just a few minutes.
ANALYZE
Measure elastic capacity, detect left–right imbalances, and evaluate landing control and dynamic stability.
PRESCRIBE
Tailor strength, plyometric, and change-of-direction training recommendations based on each profile, and decide when to progress to more complex or sport-specific work
- EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
A full library of exercises
Runeasi has built an extensive exercise database, ranging from stability work, to strength, and to plyometric training. These exercises are designed to support clients from beginners to high-level athletes and are fully integrated into our training recommendations contained in the reports.
NO COMPLEXITY. JUST CLARITY.
Runeasi is an advanced running gait and jump analysis software that uses a high-end IMU sensor worn at the body’s center of mass (lower back). The technology measures impact forces and the response from the musculoskeletal system to these forces. Data is processed in real-time, providing objective insights to make better clinical decisions and enhance your services. Results are presented in client-friendly reports, enabling more individualized care.
