Runeasi is based on 8 years of rigorous and collaborative research between the Human Movement and Artificial Intelligence Research Groups of KU Leuven.
Our main research objective has been to determine how wearable sensors and artificial intelligence can provide personalized biomechanical insights to runners without the need for an expensive, indoor-only 3D motion lab. Runeasi is a wearable tech company born as a spin-off of KU Leuven.
Our EASI philosophy is built upon four pillars:
MEET THE TEAM
PhD on novel biomechanical metrics in the real-world using wearable tech. Sports physio.
Op De Beéck PhD
PhD on novel data-science techniques and A.I. to turn athlete sensor data into personalized insights.
